COVID-19 vaccination (update as of 14/12/2020)
Covid-19 vaccination services run by family doctors and their teams are starting this week in Herefordshire and Worcestershire, as part of the next phase of the biggest vaccination programme in NHS history.
In the meantime, patients are reminded that they will contacted once it's the right time to come forward.

Wearing Face Masks:
We are aware that some patients might be understandably anxious about the Government’s recent announcements around the use of face masks in various public settings.
GPs are unfortunately not in a position to provide individual risk assessments or letters for patients who feel that they should be exempt from wearing a face mask, whether in regard to their use on public transport or in any other setting as required by legislation.

If someone has serious symptoms they cannot manage at home they should use NHS 111 online (people should only call NHS111 if they cannot get online).
Hollyoaks Medical Centre is now implementing no online booking of appointment. All appointment requests will be triaged. You will be given a telephone or video consultation appointment where appropriate. In order to offer a safe service, the surgery can only offer a certain number of appointments each day.
